At Iron Heart Germany, we want you to be fully satisfied with your heavy-duty garments; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that customized items, such as hemmed jeans, are excluded from our standard return policy.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully fold the garments and place them in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the package is securely sealed for transit.
Ship the Package
Attach the provided shipping label or address the package to our warehouse in Hamburg, then drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
