How do I choose the correct size for Iron Heart denim?
We recommend measuring a pair of jeans you already own that fit well and comparing those measurements to our specific size charts provided on each product page. Our denim is often heavy and unwashed, so please account for potential shrinkage if selecting 'Shrink-to-Fit' models.
Do you offer hemming services for jeans?
Yes, we offer professional chain-stitch hemming on Union Special machines for all our denim. Please note that once a pair of jeans is hemmed to your specific length, they are no longer eligible for return or exchange.
What are your shipping rates within Germany and the EU?
We offer reliable shipping via DHL. Within Germany, shipping is typically free for orders over a certain threshold. For EU and international orders, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. As mentioned, customized or hemmed items are excluded from our return policy.
How should I wash my heavy-weight denim?
To preserve the life and high-contrast fades of your denim, we recommend washing as infrequently as possible. When necessary, wash inside out in cold water with a mild detergent and always hang dry. Avoid the tumble dryer at all costs.
